Returned items MUST have all original items returned in the condition they were received. Damaged items will void the warranty. Original shipping usually not refundable unless the item was reported different from the description and / or damaged in the shipping process. The activation of software is not a warranty issue or valid reason to return your laptop. Please call our trained IT consultants for technical support. If you return an item for any other reason, including changing your mind about a purchase, Shipping charges and 20% restocking fee applies.

Shipping

Items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment. We use Fed ex, UPS and the Postal Service to ship most items unless other arrangements are made. Items usually arrive with 5-7 business days after the order is paid in full.

Except  residents of Curacao, the goods are direct delivered after the order is paid in full. Fed ex and UPS service will not applied in that case.
