The FAQ’s

*How can I view the items on this website including all the details and pricing of each item?

 

You can have a quick view of each item by pointing your mouse at the object. Regarding the laptops a quick view roll-down or roll-up menu will appear which you can double click on, and find your information.

PS: in the “Jewelry Section” you can double click with your mouse, on the item and f to

find all the info you need, but you will have to fill in your PayPal form for the price of the item. The system is for 95 % self-generated.

Shipping cost must yet be added to the price for these items, if you‘re not a resident of

the island Curacao.

 

* What kind of payment does CompuLapLandia accept? (CPLL)

 

We accept payments through PayPal:  Nafl (Guilders ), Euro's and USD internationally.

We accept bank-deposits: through Maduro & Curiels Bank account from clients / residents from Curacao, Aruba, St Martin, and the BES.

We accept Cash: in Guilders (NAfl) , Euro or Dollars from residents of Curacao or clients from Aruba, St. Martin and the BES

We accept Bitcoins. If you wish to pay with Bitcoins please click on the designated Bitcoin-icons in this website to generate the wallet-address you can use to make your payments.

* How can I pay in USD?

If you pay by PayPal account (again only regarding the Laptops sale) the system is 100% self-generated. You choose the Laptop or camera to you want and click on buy now.There is a USD 25.00 standard added to the price in USD for the shipment of each laptop. The only information you must fill in is your PayPal account and password to complete the transaction.(shipping included)

For the jewelry Section you'll have to divide the given  prices in guilders by 1,82  to calculate the amount of USD to be paid . For example if a necklace cost fl. 45,- means you have to devide fl 45 : 1.82 = USD 24.73 The shipping costs for this item in USD must yet be added to complete the total amount  to be paid in USD.

 

* When can I receive the item I bought?

Items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment. We use Fed ex, UPS and the Postal Service to ship most items unless other arrangements are made. Items usually arrive with 5-7 business days after the order is paid in full.

Except for residents of Curacao, the goods are directly delivered after the order is paid in full. Fed ex and UPS service will not be applied in that case.

*How do I return or request refund if that is needed?

 

Warranties issued by ComPuLapLandia ( CPLL) are only and sole valid for sold laptops.

We apply 30 days return policy.

 

Returned items (Only Laptops) MUST have all original items returned in the condition they were received. Damaged items will void the warranty. Original shipping usually not refundable unless the item was reported different from the description and / or damaged in the shipping process. The activation of software is not a warranty issue or valid reason to return your laptop. Please call our trained IT consultants for technical support. If you return an item for any other reason, including changing your mind about a purchase, Shipping charges and 20% restocking fee applies.

*Does CompuLapLandia provide Warranty for the every sold item?

 

NO !! If applicable only valid for 1 month for /on sold  LAPTOPS by CPLL.

For the rest of the goods you and I are protected by PayPal Client / Merchant Protection- System Agreement.

 

* For how long is the Warranty issued for Laptop valid?

One month (1 Month) Warranty on Laptops

 

One month Warranty for defective parts that need replacement or repairs. It covers everything EXCEPT the battery, normal wear, accidental damage, software issues and

issues arising from services not authorized by CompuLaplandia. Your refurbished machine will come with its original lithium battery that has a limited life that is not guaranteed. To extend the battery life, we RECOMMEND that you purchase a new 6 or 9 cell battery to achieve portable use of more than 1 hour.
